Abstract:
Many children and adolescents are exposed to traumatic events. These may include physical abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, community violence, and/or disasters. Although recorded rates of trauma in youth populations vary widely in response to different definitions of exposure as well as different data collection procedures, the overall prevalence of child and youth trauma is unfortunately quite common.Keywords:
