Abstract: 

I recently returned from a meeting overseas, where I met with clinic directors and heads of programs from six countries spanning different cultures, languages, and continents from Asia, to Africa, to South America, to the Middle East, to Europe. All of these program heads and their clinical programs are partners in a World Psychiatric Association/World Health Organization-sponsored project dedicated to the goal of advancing children’s mental health programs in each of their countries.
