Abstract: 

This issue reviews two legal proceedings on the conditions of supervised release. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit considered two consolidated criminal appeals, both of which challenged discretionary conditions of supervised release imposed by the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, Shawn M. Siegel and Haywood Norfleet.
