Abstract: 

This issue reviews one legal proceeding. A man is given a sentence well below the 10-year mandatory minimum because of his “tremendously valuable” cooperation with the government is later imposed with the a much longer sentence when he is found in possession of contraband while an inmate of a federal prison.
