Abstract:
Time for Change is a program run by the Scottish charity Up-2-Us for highly vulnerable girls and young women, operating on the principle that tailoring responses to young women in need can profoundly change their outcomes and prevent ongoing institutionalization and victimization through the generations.Keywords: needs-led, one-to-one suport; transition and prevention; coping mechanisms; poor connectedness; strength based learning
