Abstract:
A tragic imbroglio between a person who is obviously mentally ill and presenting as a danger and a law enforcement response that unfolds quickly, forcefully, and without adequate information raises questions concerning adequate training on how to deal with persons with SMIs.Keywords: Btesh v.
