Abstract:
On April 7, 2011, DOJ released its findings and conclusions regarding an investigation of compliance in New Hampshire. DOJ concludes that the failure of New Hampshire to develop sufficient community services is a barrier to the discharge of NHH and Glencliff patients and, thus, a violation of ADA and Olmstead. Keywords: Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA); Olmstead v.
