Abstract: 

This article discusses incidents involving drugs in MLB, using a French city as a model for public transportation and automobile independence, Alaskan legislation verses alcohol prevention, plans to improve public transportation in Seattle, a drunk driver in Thailand being sentenced to death, a repeat DWI offender having a one million dollar bail set, a Kentucky high school student murdering his parents and grandmother, a judge’s controversial ruling, alcohol marketing based on ethnicity, abuse and treatment among New York Native Americans, and the possible effects of an increase in gas prices.
