Abstract: 

The author has taken on the defense bar’s favorite straw man: the Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) battery. In part two of a multipart article for IDU, he provides science- based evidence on the reliability of Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) tests, as well as the battery of psychomotor skill tests.
