Abstract: 

This article discusses new technology that beat traffic cameras, in-car crash retrieval systems, the Lifesavers National Conference, college students misperceptions of drink quantities, the need for a combination of approaches to fight binge drinking, a push to ban cell phones while driving, and the decrease in 16 year old crash rates.
