Abstract: 

This is the first of a two part article describing a traditional outpatient treatment program whose clients are primarily DUI/DWI offenders. The author examines the issue of client dissatisfaction with the treatment plan as a hindrance to sobriety in repeat drunk drivers returning for treatment.
