Impaired Driving Update

Abstract: 

Until 2014, the number of vehicle crash fatalities involving impaired drivers was on a steady declining trajectory. Last year, for the first time in fifty years, the number of fatal crashes increased. Signs point to a number of dangerous trends reversing a half century of progress.
