Abstract: 

People have known for many years that football is a dangerous game. Recently, however, evidence has come out that football is much more dangerous than we thought. Recently, college players who have suffered concussion injuries have been suing both their colleges and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). This article will discuss the Sheely suit in Maryland.
