Abstract:
Stetson University held its 34th Annual Conference on Higher Education Law this February in Orlando, Florida. The conference covered a very wide range of topics that are of concern to college counsel, student affairs professionals, and campus security personnel including the fundamentals of higher education law, white collar crime in higher education, disability law, and college athletics.Keywords: Pickering v.
