Abstract: 

Preacher Did Not Establish Violation of Free Speech Rights When Forced to Move From Campus Upon Failure to Follow University Procedures. An evangelical preacher travels from campus to campus so that he can convey his message to as many students as possible. Based on prior experience, universities are a popular place to go, because there are usually many people around who could potentially hear the preacher’s religious message. Preacher Bloedorn was interested in delivering his message at Georgia State University (GSU), a state institution enrolling more than 18,000 students.
