Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a student’s lawsuit against the university for alleged violation of the Clery Act (U.S. says no to silencing of campus sexual assault victims), a college’s records being private or public (university police records subject to Georgia Open Records Act), a case over an Islamic reading at orientation (student orientation’s Islamic reading not a violation of free exercise clause).
