Abstract: 

This article discusses the Disability Laws on college campuses and the different areas they cover. It addresses reasonable and unreasonable accommodations, who is protected by these laws, how discipline can be used in a way that is not discriminatory, etc. It explores these issues and gives examples of each by citing various court cases.
