Abstract:
This article examines a recent Government Accountability Office report that found that a decrease in state funding for colleges was linked to rising tuition rates in the ten year period from 2003-2012, and explores some of the implications of the findings for students and schools alike.Keywords: Financial Aid and Tuition Increases
