Abstract: 

This article describes the common challenges of men and women seeking supportive services post-incarceration from the Crossroads Day Reporting Centre (CDRC), in Toronto, Canada. It combines the personal perspective of a student intern at the CDRC with information from a presentation by the same title delivered at the ICCA Research Conference in Seattle, Washington, October 31, 2017, by Donald Evans and Jaime Tilston.
