Abstract:
This tribute to Donald G. Evans as he steps down as executive editor of the Journal of Community Justice reviews his many contributions to the criminal justice and social service systems in Canada, the United States, and the international community during the past 55 years. In addition to surveying his career, the tribute includes remarks from leaders in the field including Michael Crowley (Ontario Ministry of Correctional Services), Gerry Minard (Correctional Service Canada), John Sawdon (Canadian Training Institute), Lusanne Green (Ohio Community Corrections Association), Bob Anderson (Madison County TN Department of Community Corrections), Cherie Townsend (International Association for Correctional and Forensic Psychology), Jaime Tilston (Correctional Service Canada), Ronald P. Corbett, Jr. (Commonwealth of Massachusetts), Marilyn Van Dieten (Center for Effective Public Policy), George M.
