Abstract:
One of the most difficult aspects of working together as a family to create a foundation, pass a family business to the next generation, or teach children about money is finding a way for family members to relate to each other and communicate with respect. For most families, this takes practice, coaching, and professional guidance. It is important to involve the entire family—not just the foundation board, business board, or the family members who always make the decisions. Keywords:
