Abstract: 

In PLRs 200343027 and 200343028, a foundation proposed to operate a farm in a foreign country (call it S) as a demonstration project in conjunction with a U.S. public charity. The farm operations will continue and new educational and agro-biodiversity projects will be initiated, so that the farm will eventually serve as an educational resource and demonstration project in sustainable development, showing how modern agricultural management in harmony with the environment can produce high quality food productson a sustainable basis, and educate the native population on such modern methods.
