Abstract:
Just as this issue went to press, Congress passed the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010, and the President signed it into law. This Act provides a two-year extension of the so-called Bush income tax cuts of 2001, resolves (at least for 2011 and 2012) the expired estate tax dilemma, and extends through 2011 a number of expired or expiring tax provisions.Keywords: Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010; Estate Tax Rates
