Abstract: 

The TGE network is a partnership between the Charities Aid Foundation (UK), the King Baudouin Foundation (Belgium), the Fondation de France, Oranjefonds (Netherlands), Maecenata International (Germany), the Foundation for Poland, and most recently the Community Foundation for Ireland [it] enables donors resident in one of the participating countries to financially support nonprofit organizations in other member countries, while benefiting directly from the tax advantages provided for in the legislation of their country of residence.
