Abstract:
By now charities and their advisors have begun to adjust to the new rules and restrictions added to the Internal Revenue Code by the Pension Protection Actof 2006. Life goes on and there is much to be done in this adjustment period, including a lot of pretty important stuff. Supporting organizations must decide whether they can come to terms with the new law, or whether a change in status may be preferable.Keywords:
