Abstract:
Sometimes the members of a board of directors just can’t agree on issues concerning the management of the foundation. When the going gets really rough, the dispute can end up in court. That’s what happened in a recent Nebraska case, Gilbert M. and Martha H. Hitchcock Foundation v. Denman Kountze, Jr., et al. (272 Neb. 251, 720 N.W.2d 31 (Neb. 2006)).Keywords:
