Abstract:
The New Year is already under way and most of us are focused on our 2009 agenda. For family foundations, however, one important 2008 task may still remain incomplete, and it’s one that can be easily overlooked. All contributions made to the foundation during 2008 must be appropriately substantiated for tax purposes, and the donor’s deduction may be denied if this is not done and done in timely fashion.Keywords:
