Abstract:
With today’s difficult economic climate, bankruptcies are becoming more common than ever. Individuals, small businesses, and national corporations are turning to bankruptcy as a means of financial survival. Less prominent in press accounts of these cases is the fact that charities are likewise able to turn to bankruptcy to help them survive financial difficulties.Keywords:
