Reviews two recent research studies on attitudes toward sex crimes and sex offenders: “Improving Police Officers’ Perceptions of Sexual Offending Through Intensive Training” by Elli Darwinkel, Martine Powell, and Patrick Tidmarsh, published in Criminal Justice & Behavior; and “Examining the Factors that Predict Public Concern About the Collateral Consequences of Sex Crime Policy” by Christina Mancini, in Criminal Justice Policy Review.
