Abstract:

A ruling by the Seventh Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals overturning a decision by the U.S. District Court of Southern Indiana effectively says the Indiana Sex Offender Registry (INSOR), as currently implemented, violates due process rights, as there is no process to allow sex offenders who are not incarcerated to challenge the information contained on the registry.
