Abstract:
The Ohio Supreme Court strikes down a provision of the state’s sex offender registration law that imposed lifetime registration and community notification requirements on juvenile sex offenders whose cases were adjudicated in the juvenile courts.Keywords: In re C.P., Slip Opinion No. 2012-Ohio-1446, State v.
