Abstract:
On February 14, 2012, as the U.S. Sentencing Commission (U.S.S.C.) prepared to convene hearings related to its child pornography sentencing guidelines, leaders from the House and Senate Judiciary Committees called upon the Commission to avoid any actions that might call for a reduction in child pornography sentences.Keywords: Patti Saris, Lamar Smith, Charles Grassley, James Sensenbrenner
