Abstract: 

In a unanimous decision, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling on January 25, 2012 upholding the requirements of the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act governing the registration and public disclosure of identifying information for juveniles who have sexually offended.
