Abstract: 

On November 19, 1998, Daniel Blackmon and an accomplice entered an apartment in search of some marijuana. While arguing with the tenants of the apartment over the deal, Blackmon tried to forcibly kiss Nisa McCarter. McCarter resisted, and Blackmon then pulled her into a hallway closet and closed the door. Martin then joined the two in the closet. The two held the door closed as they pulled off McCarter’s jeans and tore off her underwear.
