Abstract: 

DNA Evidence Aids in Rape Conviction In February 1999, a jury found Charles Whitfield guilty of the following: •Four counts of rape; •One count of attempted rape; •Five counts of residential burglary; •One count of attempted residential burglary; •One count of second-degree battery; and •One count of exposure to human immunodeficiency virus.
