Abstract:

In an article appearing elsewhere in this issue of SLR, Drs. Saari and Saari raise various issues reportedly stemming from an earlier article of mine concerning the extent aging may negate historically assessed recidivism risk. (D.M. Doren (2002). “To What Extent Does Aging Negate Historically Assessed Recidivism Risk? 3 (2) SLR 17, 26-27 (Feb./Mar. 2002).) I have written this response to the Saaris’ article to clarify what had apparently not been clear enough before.
