Abstract: 

Making the Punishment Fit the (Computer) Crime: Rebooting Notions of Possession for the Federal Sentencing of Child Pornography Offenses by Jelani Jefferson Exum. The determination of criminal sentencing practices that are fair to the offender and victim, and also retain a necessary level of logical internal consistency, is an arduous calculus with implications reaching far beyond the legal system.
