Abstract:
The complete issue version includes all of the articles listed in the table of contents above, plus two brief articles, “End to Temporary Suspension of Statutes of Limitations Under New York’s Child Victims Act,” addressing what advocates characterize as a conflict between the justice system’s reliance on statutes of limitations and the lengthy reverberations of trauma experienced by child victims; and “Politician Doxxed Women Who Reported Sexual Assault by Colleague,” about the actions of Rep.
