Abstract: 

This article summarizes the main provisions of a proposed bill in California intended to clarify the rights of plaintiffs whose sexually explicit material has been published electronically without their consent under the civil code. The bill, introduced as “Ending Online Sexual Trafficking and Exploitation Act,” Cal.
