Abstract: 

The complete issue version includes all of the articles listed in the table of contents above, plus a brief article, “Pandemic Exacerbated Problem of AWOL Registrants,” which examines how, as the economic downturn resulting from Covid had led to increases homelessness generally, the burdens on the housing, employment, treatment, and monitoring infrastructure designed for former sex offenders are likely to become unsustainable.
