Abstract: 

Our regular review of the research literature this issue covers “How Likely Is “Likely to Reoffend” in Sex Offender Civil Commitment Trials?” poses the question: Who gets to decide whether a convicted sex offender poses a high enough risk to be civilly committed?, “Trends in Unwanted Online Experiences and Sexting: Final Report” the findings of three surveys are summarized and compared in this current report, “Sex Offender Management Assessment and Planning Initiative” this report highlights the gaps in the current literature, and the recommendations and critiques in this publication should be taken into account by scholars looking to expand on this topic.
