Abstract: 

Pending and Trending surveys recent sex crime cases raising novel issues that push the boundaries of decided law, in both the U.S. and internationally. This issue’s column reports on a study of teen attitudes about sex and the effect of pornography on their sexual behavior, and how personality assessments are being used in conjunction with social media habits to test personality traits and tendencies and their relation to online user preferences.
