Abstract: 

This article summarizes the challenges faced by immigrant victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in seeking protection and justice through the U.S. family law system and provides a brief overview of the tools and strategies that will be covered in detail in this special double issue of Family & Intimate Partner Violence Quarterly.
