Abstract: 

In this article, attorney Margaret Moreland reports on Attorney General Eric Holder’s recent implementation strategies recommended by the National Task Force on Children Exposed to Violence. Here, she describes the new recommendations of methods for identification, assessment, and treatment of children affected by domestic abuse. She discusses the promise of these proposals for improving the lives of millions of children growing up in families affected by domestic violence.
