Abstract: 

The techniques and strategies of cognitive behavioral interventions (CBIs) are universal. Although the populations to which CBI services are offered may be specific and targeted, the tools practitioners use are not. So look beyond the specific populations described here and find rich tactics that most “general” practitioners will find useful.
