Abstract: 

Deliberations encompassed projects on other post-employment benefits (OPEB), methods of communication, deposit and credit risk, affiliated organizations, note disclosures, and Statement No. 34, Basic Financial Statements— and Management’s Discussion and Analysis—for State and Local Governments.
