Abstract: 

It is said that every ten seconds a lawsuit is filed somewhere in the United States. There are more lawyers in Southern California than in the entire country of Japan. It is no wonder that most of our clients ask about trusts for asset protection. When that is the objective, exactly what kinds of trusts will work best to protect the client’s assets?
