Abstract:
This article is the second in a two-part series concerning CFPB and NYDFS investigations. The first article (Part One—Volume 37, Number 01, January 2021) provided a detailed description of the steps in the CFPB’s investigation process from the triggers for an investigation to settlement strategies with the agency.
