Abstract: 

In this article, the authors address FCPA corporate compliance programs amid the challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic. They consider, in particular, three critical areas: business continuity plans, risk assessments, and investigations. They note that regulators have made clear that, despite the pandemic, investigations and compliance scrutiny will continue.
