Abstract: 

In 2020 the SEC amended its Whistleblower Program rules. The authors discuss the amendment changes with regard to award criteria, whistleblower eligibility, litigation, and retaliation protections. They close with notes on significant post-amendment awards that are likely to incentivize potential whistleblowers to come forward with information.
